Buin-Paine Hospital

The project includes the design, construction and maintenance of the new buildings, as well as the provision, replacement, assembly and maintenance of medical equipment and furniture. The hospital is located in the district of Buin, in the Metropolitan Region of Santiago de Chile, although it will also serve the district of Paine, with a total of 170,000 people.

With an estimated investment of 100 million euros, we will be in charge of the integral development of the designs, the execution of civil works, the integral implementation of the clinical, administrative and industrial equipment, as well as the operation of the mandatory basic and special services. The infrastructure will have a capacity of 200 beds, 6 wings, 17 procedure units, 16 emergency service units and 34 consultation units, among other services.

The concession term includes a 4-year construction period (with 2 months of provisional start-up upon completion) and 15 years of operation.
