Andrés Sabella Airport
It is located 25 km north of the city of Antofagasta and is one of the three most busiest airports in the country by passenger traffic, along with Santiago de Chile International Airport and El Loa Airport, which is also one of our airport P3 projects currently under management. This project will triple the current surface area of Andrés Sabella Airport to 31,422 m².
Additionally, we will expand the parking area by 50%, to 853 spaces, and increase the number of parking spaces for commercial aircraft by 25%, to 10. Among the new infrastructures are new jet bridges, automatic check-in terminals and traditional counters.
This asset is part of the Northern Airport Network of Chile P3 contract, which also comprises the Desierto de Atacama Airport. This project encompasses the expansion, improvement, and maintenance of the two airport infrastructures, which will enhance the service quality addressing the predicted growth in passenger traffic
