Via del Mare
The Via del Mare P3 project, managed through the SIS consortium (formed by Fininc and Sacyr), encompasses the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of an 18.6 km highway in the northeast of Italy. The scope of works includes doubling 10.4 km of roadway and the construction of 8.2 new kilometers.
This highway will be key for the country’s connectivity between the seaside locality of Jesolo and the A4, as there is currently no direct route, requiring to cross several regional roads and small urban centers. The project will develop the accesses at the ends of the road, as well as five intermediate points of entry and exit. These interventions will create a safer highway and will reduce travel times for around 36,000 vehicles per day.
With this project, Sacyr Concesiones expands its presence in Italy, where we currently operate Pedemontana-Veneta and A3 Naples-Pompei-Salerno highways, along with the future operation of A21 highway.
