Henares University Hospital
The Henares University Hospital project, also known as Coslada Hospital or Hospital del Noreste, includes the design, construction, finance, implementation and relocation of the entire infrastructure, a 75,800 m2 area, and its essential equipment.
This agreement includes the operation and management of all the non-health services and all the commercial areas for a 30 year period. The hospital located in Coslada (Community of Madrid), has a total of 187 rooms that are easily extended to 239, for a total capacity of 478 beds. All rooms are double rooms used as singles, which could be expanded to 478 beds.
The Henares University Hospital has been recognized in IQVIA’s Top 20 hospital awards (XXIV edition) for its clinical kidney specialization among all the Spanish public and private hospitals.
