The Sacyr Foundation and the Foundation ‘Ayuda en Acción’ have renewed their collaboration agreement, which aims to stimulate the agribusinesses and the beekeepers’ production in San Miguel (Cajamarca, Perú). Thanks to this initiative, which will increase the diversification and the inclusion of honey and other beekeeping products in the value chain of the Jequetepeque basin, it will be possible to increase the regional beekeepers’ revenues by 30%. Moreover, the measures taken contribute to a better beekeepers’ organization and management in order to build a sustainable, efficient, profitable and long-lasting business.

Among the population who benefits from this agreement is the road Longitudinal de la Sierra (Tramo 2), a project participated by Sacyr Concesiones through Convial Sierra Norte. Thus, the agreement signed with Ayuda en Acción shows once again the importance of social responsibility in our core business areas, as well as our commitment to improve the quality of life of the local communities where we work.
